Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS :

In Person
NO CASH REFUNDS
All Exchanges or Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original itemized receipt. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on Earrings, Brushes, Hair Care Products, Hair Accessories, Cosmetics, or Nail Polish. Clothing and shoes must be unworn with tags attached. All Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Online
Our online return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the original packaging with your original receipt. All clothing and shoes must be unworn with tags attached.

For sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns on haircare products, beauty products, brushes, earrings, hair accessories, cosmetics, or nail polish. Gift cards and sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If you received a gift and it is approved for a return, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift card in the amount of the original purchase will be issued.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning any items. Please send all returns to 7801 N. Lamar Blvd STE E202, Austin TX, 78752. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you happen to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer. 

*Depending on where you live, return timeframe may very. 

*If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable): 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your return. IF your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

If you were approved for a refund and have not seen your refund within 3-5 business days, please contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take time to process before your refund is officially posted.
